Show Notes

Today’s episode is special because it’s actually the first episode I ever recorded and it was recorded live (so excuse the background noise) But besides that, this episode features not one but two food truck owners from Nashville Tennessee. Terry Key and Patrick Lanier are two longtime friends that reunited for an exclusive interview on their stories and why their food trucks are not just ways they give back to local children, but is a form of healing for themselves. In part one we meet Terry Key, founder of Drop It Like It’s Hot Wings Food Truck and the Edgehill bike club who tells us how he’s turning Nashville upside down with wings and bike rides. Key then introduces us to Patrick Lanier, owner of lip smacking creations food medic whose story we will hear more in depth in part two next week.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve  learned a lot about what makes a good food truck stand out among the rest. I took 8 of those key concepts and created a book where I could have curbside conversations with each of you about them. This book  is not only digestible and not designed to overwhelm you, but also propels you into action. You can purchase Before You Launch A Food Truck TODAY at TheFoodTruckScholar.com/shop in paperback and ebook format as well as on Amazon.
