Show Notes

Today’s guest is originally from Maryland but he and his wife have made Atlanta Georgia home. Carl Johnson and his wife are the owners of Soul Trucking Good and listen I’ve seen pictures of food and I believe that’s an appropriate name. I’ll give a report when I come from the A this weekend. Carl talks with me about the food truck scene in Atlanta, the importance of business reviews, necessity of Mentorship and entrepreneurship and how being a food truck owner has made a difference in his family’s lives and it all started with a $15 smoker and picnic table

We had a few issues with sound a long the way with background noise, traffic, etc but hey food truck owners are on the go and technology can be funny so that’s life. I am working on a few voiceovers as we speak. Carl still drops some gems you don’t want to miss

Over the past 5 years, I’ve  learned a lot about what makes a good food truck stand out among the rest. I took 8 of those key concepts and created a book where I could have curbside conversations with each of you about them. This book  is not only digestible and not designed to overwhelm you, but also propels you into action. You can purchase Before You Launch A Food Truck TODAY at TheFoodTruckScholar.com/shop in paperback and ebook format as well as on Amazon.
